Welcome to Full Circle Tai Chi and Qigong, LLC

Welcome to the home of Full Circle Tai Chi and Qigong,. We appreciate your visit and hope to see you soon. Our school offers a variety of martial arts & fitness programs. The classes are structured to incorporate techniques and strategies that will promote health, wellness and whole body awareness.

There are many styles of Tai Chi (e.g. Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun, Wu Hao). We mainly teach the Yang, Sun and Chen Family style Tai Chi and Push Hands. The main differences between the different Tai Chi styles are in the speed and pace of performance and the way the body holds the poses in terms of posture and intent. For more advanced students, we will teach combined Tai Chi forms, and other internal styles such XingYi and Bagua. Advanced students may also have an option to focus on specific family styles. When necessary, we would modify the class to fit each student’s individual needs, condition and/or abilities.

Qigong (pronounced Chi Kung) is an aspect of traditional Chinese medicine involving the coordination of different breathing patterns with various physical postures and motions of the body. Qigong is mostly taught for health maintenance purposes, but is also used as a therapeutic intervention.

Kung Fu classes are offered by invitation. Students will start with basic training and move towards Traditional Martial Arts such as Shaolin Changquan, Nanquan and other WaiJia Styles such as Fanziquan and Bajiquan.  Basic training is the foundation for learning other external and internal styles offered at the school.

The yielding overcomes the strong;
Every person knows this,
But, it is not easily practiced.”
